Proposed remodel of Living, Kitchen, Garage, and 2nd Floor Master Bedroom & Bath

Hieghts duplex

Proposed transitional living home for patients seeking medical care and spiritual healing in a difficult time in their lives.  House consists of a 2 story Living Area, Dinning and Kitchen, & Master Bedroom and Bath.  The second floor consists of addition Bedroom and bathroom for guests.

HEIGHTS GARAGE - completed

Proposed garage addition for a family of two and some cats that enjoy entertaining friends and family.  The addition would included a work shed and a second story loft space to be finished by the owners.  We have also taken some initiative to provide good sustainable design to the project with the collection of rainwater and pervious concrete driveway to minimize run-off from the site.  Also a reflective roof material to minimize heat gain inside and lots of windows for cross ventilation.

Rather than tear down a house that has been in the family for years this couple decided to save their family home, and revive the look.  Part of the house was built by the wife's grandfather, and that meant a lot to her so we tried to maintain the quality of that creativity.  The plan is very open and utilitarian.  It really goes in line with a growing and thriving modern family, and provides space for entertainment and relaxation at the end of a busy day.  This project is under construction so pictures are forth coming.
